Windows
and
Microsoft
are…

…Heavenly

[can't wait for those pearly gates]

Note: this was originally a reduced size image posted for the purpose of commenting on a non-commercial site. It was brought to my attention by a snitch that this was a copyrighted image. Since I respect the copyright of others and oppose the ways of Linux users, I have pro-actively taken down the picture. It’s a real shame, it was very nice.

Now fixed.

This site is very funny! The author knows nothing about linux and his lack of knowledge makes me laugh. Thanks!

    This one is really funny.

MareNostrum, managed by Barcelona Supercomputing Center and located at the Torre Girona chapel, is on the number 26 of the Top500 list of most powerful supercomputers in the world.
    It runs on Linux.

    Have a nice day.

How wrong you all are. This is one of the new Microsoft datacenters. What you are seeing is the top floor. There are 9 levels just like it below. It’s really something spectacular and completly different. Microsoft has class. It’s just that simple.

I forget the exact location but I can tell you it is the 1st datacenter to run Windows 2008 with Hyper-V exclusively.

See following link for more information about this technology.

is admin from Turkey? Romania? Nigeria?
its so sad to see this guy try but fail at each attempt.

  8. Timothy Tuck Says:

    Dear Admin,
Hate to pop your hymen but you are in violation of Barcelona Supercomputing Center – Centro Nacional de Supercomputación
terms of use for their photography of your “Mythical Windows 2008 Hyper-V(irus) Cluster TM”

For those who are interested If you go to this URL http://www.bsc.es/plantillaA.php?cat_id=124
You can see other pics of the MareNostrum SuperComputing Cluster. And to the “ADMIN” You might want to look at the ones done by Ronald Halbe as he is the one who took the one you are now using illegally.

You also might care to look and see their terms of use policy on their photographs of the MareNostrum SuperComputing Cluster which you are currently in violation of. I’m sure you must have just misread it when you browsed over in from your AOL account, here for your benefit is a copy of their terms for use of their photo’s along with the department who will most likely contact you as i have notified them of your breach.

We have to be honest, right? wouldn’t want to infringe, steal or do anything improper like perhaps blatantly lie… or even use without permission something that is forbidden by the published terms of use policy.

Since you obviously probably helped invent the internet too i’m just wondering something you would obviously be able to help a simpleton like myself figure out, can you?

Since, as you pointed out, Linux will never be able to do any real kind of work or production on any Linux system. How is it that over 85% of supercomputers in the top 500 list which you can find here
    http://www.top500.org/stats/list/31/os
are running Linux? you think perhaps they got confused and the 1% market share microsoft has in that space got swapped and linux has 1% and microsoft the 85%?

I was also wondering what type of tattoo microsoft forced you to get, perhaps a tattoo of two nuts on your chin or was it two hands on your hips grabbing you from the backside?
    Sincerely
    Tnt

“How is it that over 85% of supercomputers in the top 500 list which you can find here … are running Linux? you think perhaps…”

I think perhaps Microsoft does not want it’s products running simulations for the purpose of building nuclear bombs and biological & chemical warfare. This is the difference between Windows and Linux. One is used for the betterment of mankind, the other for destruction.

And this is why Microsoft in cooperation with the Barcelona Supercomputing Center has built that heavenly structure. To prove a point. Linux kills.

On another note, I can no longer guarantee your safely. If you would like me to delete your post and any information in relation to this, please post so and I will. Your welfare is my priority.

Mr Admin, sir, I like your style. Veiling the core linux strengths in MS-speak and subsequently bringing out the worst of the linux weaknesses, loser linux fan-boys who don’t get a fricken joke! Kudo’s to you for conniving and ingenious work.

You’re not a BSD fan are you?

  17. Kostas Says:

Oh c’mon, complaining that Linux doesn’t work is like riding a motorbike and groaning “damn, this damn thing ain’t have a damn cd player!”

  18. JB Says:

Windows is awesome. I love that the OS only costs $300, and less if I upgrade every year. I also like that it runs pretty fast, well I mean not too slow, on a quad core machine with 4GB of memory. It’s also so cool that there is lots of software and that I could spend 1000’s on software for anything I want to do. That truly is cool. Oh, and I like the pretty blue screen too, especially the one that pops up with text all over it and makes me have to reboot my machine.

I hate Linux. I don’t even know how to get it. It seems like it must cost millions or something, or maybe it’s only available in Iraq or something. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a commercial for it on t.v so it must be completely useless.

If this data center is brand new running Windows 2008 server, why does the image state 2005? hmm…
